State of the art equipment

Spraying statically charged powder straight at a metal surface it grips tightly before a baking cycle in a re-circulating gas oven. One cycle at around 200C and the item is cooled, inspected for quality then packaged for transport.

We can provide the complete service, carrying out shot blasting to clean the material of old paint and dirt before applying a zinc rich powder primer, this helps prevent rust re-appearing underneath the powder maintaining a perfect finish and durability for many years.
